Description of changes:
This PR is created in April 2023. Python 3.7 will be EOL in June 2023. This PR contains the changes in #15, which needs to be merged; the lambda code block has improper indentation and will not run. I'm not sure whether this CFT is also supposed to configure a s3 trigger for the lambda, I've only executed the lambda by invoking the lambda manually with no parameters
